To promote community development as it relates to health, Team Africa:

Offer ongoing training to health care workers to improve standard of practice in their various communities

Donate medications, medical supplies, and portable equipments to health clinics

Is currently working to establish HIV/AIDs prevention and treatment program and train local community health workers in maintaining the program

Work with communities to design a system of maintaining, managing, and sustaining medical information for record keeping and statistics
